After the project, Solita was interested in seeing how well the transition had worked. To do this, Claned used its state-of-the-art data collection methods and analysis to measure the impact of online education and to demonstrate how well it works.

Claned has made scheduling training easier. The customers have liked that they don’t have to complete the training at a specific time, but instead they can choose their own hours.
Customers and employees like how easy the platform is to use as a corporate training LMS.
Solita has saved a huge amount of time: setting up a training session has gone down from 1 full day to just 1 hour.
The onboarding process can now be started much earlier, two weeks before a new employee’s first day. Content is easy to keep up to date, even with ongoing courses.
It’s easy to track performance, which the HR team previously couldn’t do without a proper corporate training LMS. It helps identify what content is popular and what isn’t working that well.
We designed and set up an online learning environment that allows customers to complete courses anytime and anywhere.
All in all, the onboarding process is now much more scalable and structured. It fits the needs of a rapidly growing and internationalizing company.
